Fall is perfect for slowing down and making time for yourself. Take a moment to enjoy a hot beverage that quiets your nervous system and boosts your immunity.
The Pumpkin Spice Latte
1 cup of coffee
Oat milk to your liking
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp organic Pumpkin Puree
1 d cinnamon essential oil (doTERRA)
Pour ingredients into a blend and blend until frothy.

Self Care Essentials for Fall
In Chinese medicine, Fall is the season of letting go. Emotions like grief and sadness can bubble to the surface and they tend to sit in the 4th chakra, particularly in the lungs. The good news is that if you’re experiencing this, certain essential oils offer wonderful support as you process these feelings.
The following oil blends were developed with the specific intention of helping us process grief and sadness with greater ease.
Place 1-2 drops of Forgive and 1-2 drops of Console into the palms of the hands. Rub hands together and take a deep, slow breath in.
