I tried this recipe after attending doTERRA’s Global Convention last week. I am often triggered into anxiety after a lot of travel, so needless to say, after arriving home from 7 hours of travel, I needed a little help calming down.
2 drops Black Spruce
2 drops Wild Orange
1 drop Lavender
Black Spruce helps to restore boundaries
Wild Orange is cleansing and detoxifying (but also mood modifying)
Lavender is calming and relaxing
