What Really Determines Immunity in 2020

I don’t know about you, but me personally, I’m SO OVER the disempowering news narrative surrounding this "immune threat." Since I was a teenager I have loathed the disempowering sentiment of conventional medicine (and the news). It’s precisely why I ended up in the "alternative" health care field.

The only “solution” for this global immune threat, according to the news, is to stay indoors and wait for a a va((ine. Really? Is that all we can do for ourselves? Sit on our couch and cross our fingers?

Here’s the thing …

Immune threats have always and WILL ALWAYS be around. Our only real hope is to consciously, proactively, support our immune systems.

The best way to go about this is to build up a healthy "microbiome", the community of microbes that live inside and on your body.
