The Wellness Abode offers virtual care to patients across the United States. You can meet with us from wherever you feel most comfortable, as long as you’re physically located in one of the states below at the time of your visit.

Good to know

  • GLP-1 medications (semaglutide and tirzepatide) are not currently available to patients in Mississippi or Louisiana due to state law.
  • Prescriptions are provided through our network of licensed prescribers at MD Integrations. Every patient is evaluated by a provider licensed in the state where they are located, and a prescription is issued only if the provider determines it is clinically appropriate.
  • Wellness and Functional Health appointments with Dr. Esguerra are available to patients in all 50 states.
